We are searching for loving relationships, care and concern for one another, vibrant health.  But sometimes we run into blocks that may be from our ancestral line or maybe from past lives. Let’s reverse our generational trauma from the past as well as the generations in the future.

Our grandparents passed down physical traits as well as skills, tools, recipes, belief systems, values.  What were you born with?  How much of that did you bring from your ancestors and past incarnations? What have you changed since you arrived?
